Mike Yurko

Yurko Custom Choppers is a limited Corporation founded
by
the Owner Mike Yurko. Mike has been involved in motor
cycles
since his Mom and Dad went half's with him on his
first dirt
bike in 1967 after which he went on to winning Motor Cross
races in 1977. During the almost seven years that
Mike raced
the Motocross circuits he also gained a passion
for off roading in Jeeps.
After several years of off roading Mike decided to build the
biggest and badest Monster Jeep anyone had seen in the
mid
80's. Mike spent hundreds of hours building from scratch
his
new toy. The day it was completed Mike floated it down
to
one of the biggest Off Road Jamboree's in the United
States, where he was approached by OFF-ROAD Magazine for a feature
photo shoot and article for their November
1994 edition!
Also in 1994 Mike started his Welding and Fabricating
business which later turned into his Custom Motorcycle
business.
Mike contracted for a variety of Corporations,
small business'
and individuals, some of which included: |

Mike has spent his whole adult life educating himself and
some of his credentials include:
Licensed Pipe Fitter ,
Licensed Pipe Welder,
Licensed Gas 1 Fitter
Licensed Plumber
Trained under Ron Covell on sheet metal work for designing
gas tanks and fenders
